To transform Mooretown into a thriving, sustainable, and economically vibrant African American community by reducing poverty through strategic public-private partnerships, policy innovation, and community-driven initiatives.

Beneath the overpass that carries the name of Col. Giles D. Moore, Mooretown's columns are painted with the neighborhood's own images. The Coalition exists to bring that same care to housing, jobs, schools, health, and safety.
